Saint Boniface Episcopal Church, Siesta Key, FL, is seeking a Business Manager who is a key member of the parish leadership team, responsible for the integrity and transparency of all financial operations, as well as supporting business administration, HR coordination, compliance, and reporting. This individual will collaborate closely with clergy, vestry, staff, and lay leaders to ensure sound stewardship of the parish’s financial and human resources in alignment with its mission. Part-Time Openings
Saint Clement Episcopal Church, Tampa, FL is looking for a part-time Parish Administrator. This position offers an opportunity for someone highly organized and personable to support the parish through administrative and communications tasks. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and excellent interpersonal skills. As the primary point of contact for visitors, parishioners, staff, and vendors, the Parish Administrator will be responsible for preparing reports, managing church communications, and performing other tasks as assigned by the Rector. Church of the Epiphany in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a part-time, Parish Administrator. The person provides administrative and communication support to ensure the smooth operation of the parish. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Parish Administrator serves as a first point of contact for visitors, parishioners, staff, and vendors, preparing reports and coordinating church communications, as well as other duties, as assigned by the Rector. St. John’s Episcopal Church, Tampa, is seeking a Sexton. The position is part-time (approximately 25 hours per week) and will report to the Parish Administrator, the Senior Warden, and the Junior Warden. The job of a Church Sexton is to provide general maintenance and cleaning of the church grounds, buildings, and their contents. The schedule of responsibilities is routine but allows for flexibility depending on church use and needs.
