Our Mission

The mission of The Episcopal Church, as stated in the Book of Common Prayer, is “to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ.” In step with that mission, we follow Jesus into loving, liberating, and life-giving relationships with God, with each other, and with the earth.

Our Baptismal Covenant

“We are all one in Christ because each and every one of us have passed through the same baptismal water.” -Bishop Doug Scharf

In the waters of baptism we are lovingly adopted by God into God’s family, which we call the Church, and given God’s own life to share, and reminded that nothing can separate us from God’s love in Christ.

We believe that “There is one Body and one Spirit; There is one hope in God’s call to us; One Lord, one Faith, one Baptism; One God and Father of all.” -Book of Common Prayer.

Through our baptism, we are marked as God’s own and we live that baptism in the present tense by healing divisions, building a safe and just community, serving those in need, and fostering loving relationships with God, with each other, and with the earth.

We invite you to worship with us and share the joy we have found in serving our Lord and the world He came to save. May God bless you.
