Full-Time Openings

St. John’s Episcopal Church, Tampa is seeking a full-time Parish Administrator to serve as the chief administrative officer of the parish. This position is responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of the church office and parish life. Working closely with the Rector, clergy, staff, Vestry, and volunteers, the Parish Administrator ensures that administrative, financial, and human resource processes, facilities management, parish events, and volunteer engagement support the Church’s mission and ministry.

Part-Time Openings

St. John’s Episcopal Church, Tampa is seeking a part-time Finance Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the parish, ensuring accurate accounting, strong, internal controls, and timely reporting. This position serves as the primary administrator of the church’s financial records using Realm Accounting and reports directly to the Parish Administrator while also working closely with the Rector, the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer, Finance Committee, and Vestry.

St. Raphael’s Episcopal Church on Fort Myers Beach is seeking a part-time music director/musician to provide music for one Sunday worship service each week and designated special services, including Christmas Eve or Christmas Day and other holy days agreed upon in advance. We are a small, warm, and welcoming congregation that values joyful, meaningful music. Applicants do not need to be organists—we welcome musicians who play piano, keyboard, guitar, organ, or another instrument suitable for leading congregational worship. Responsibilities include selecting hymns in consultation with the priest, accompanying congregational singing, and providing appropriate preludes, postludes, and offertory music. Familiarity with Episcopal worship is helpful but not required. Most important are musical ability, dependability, flexibility, and a desire to share the gift of music with our church community. The ideal candidate will be a skilled musician with experience accompanying congregational singing, collaborating with clergy and choir members, and a passion for supporting worship through music. St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Marco Island is recruiting for a part time Parish Administrator/ Executive Assistant to the Rector. This position manages church office operations, provides executive assistance to the Rector, and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external visitors, vendors and volunteers on all matters pertaining to the operations of the parish.
