DaySpring Episcopal Camp and Conference Center is seeking an Executive Director to manage and expand its Ministry of Hospitality.  Responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of 25 employees with an operating budget of over $1.8 million. This position is a key member of the  Bishop’s staff, collaborating with the CFO, as the Bishop’s liaison to DaySpring, on operational and financial matters. They are responsible for the long-term maintenance of all buildings and equipment; the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of staff; implementation of a Risk Management Plan for all operations and ensuring compliance with the Diocesan Cannons, together with state and federal guidelines for safety, health, licensing, and certification of the American Camp Association standards. St. David’s Episcopal Church in Englewood is looking for an Office Manager who will help manage the business aspects of the parish. This part time position (Monday-Thursday, half-days) requires solid organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and commitment to being a person of goodwill and strong ethics. In this key role, the Office Manager is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the church and staff, managing the use of the church buildings, providing front-line hospitality, managing church communications, and conducting various record-keeping tasks. Trinity-by-the-Cove in Naples  has an open part-time position for a Director of Children, Youth, and Young families. This position plays a key role in planning and overseeing meaningful and engaging Christian Education using the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd for our children and youth from the nursery through high school. The Director reports to the Associate Rector and works cooperatively with the parents, volunteers, other lay leaders, and clergy. The position is a part-time, 12-month per year position and, compensation is based upon a projected 20-25 hours per week. Qualifications include: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; preference will be given to a related college degree and/or 3 or more years’ experience in a related field. Parish Administrator, Calvary Episcopal Church, Indian Rocks Beach, is seeking an organized and efficient administrator for up to 20 hours a week (M-Th) to oversee several activities of the church office and provide support to the Rector and the church at large. A reliable person with good publication skills and people-friendly attributes are desired. Duties include managing multiple volunteers, preparing weekly Sunday Customaries and e-newsletters, communications, and moderate bookkeeping and data management in Realm/ACS. Training is provided.
