We live in a world that convinces local churches that we are working with limited resources to accomplish a task that is too big and burdensome. Church’s best assets drain resources and fewer people seem to want to be connected to the church. On top if it all, in Florida, insurance and costs increase while our resources and funds decrease.
God’s dream for our local churches is more powerful than those realities. We will learn to inspire people to live joy-filled, generous lives, compelled by God’s vision for our churches, and not limited by a “scarcity mindset.” Participants will learn how to work with their faith communities to clarify their vision, tell their stories of life-changing impact, and effectively invite people to give with joy and generosity despite the downward trends.
