Who should attend?
- Representatives from each participating church

What you’ll learn:
- Facilitating and active listening skills
- Understanding the grief process
- Building and sustaining a grief ministry
- Structuring and leading the eight-week workshop
- Integrating the program into existing pastoral care
Participants will not only learn the material but also experience the workshops firsthand and practice leading sessions.

About the Ministry
Walking the Mourner’s Path is a Christ-centered grief ministry designed to help individuals navigate the question, “Where is God in my pain?”
Built around scripture and community, the program offers an eight-week workshop experience where participants find support, healing, and hope in the presence of Christ and one another.
- Eight weekly sessions (1.5 hours each)
- Led by trained facilitators and a clergy member
- Includes prayer, reflection, guided exercises, and workbook support
- Emphasizes community, faith, and healing
