The 81st General Convention will take place June 23 – 28, 2024 in Louisville, Kentucky.
General Convention is the legislative gathering of The Episcopal Church, held every three years. It has been held since 1785, when the first General Convention was held in Philadelphia.

Proposed Amendments
It is a requirement of Canon I.1.1.e that dioceses receive notice whenever any alteration of the Book of Common Prayer or of the Constitution is proposed. The 80th General Convention proposed three resolutions with changes to the Constitution. The Diocese of Southwest Florida hereby makes known such proposed alterations to the Convention.
