FT. MYERS -All Souls North Fort Myers has called the Reverend Brian Poul Cleary as Priest-in-Charge beginning December 1, 2022.
Father Brian is a recent graduate of Church Divinity School of the Pacific in Berkeley California. During the past year and a half Fr. Brian worked with marginalized communities on the streets of San Francisco, California as part of the San Francisco Night Ministry. The organization, which offers spiritual and emotional care and referral services to the city’s most vulnerable, has actively served the community for more than 57 years.
Father Brian, a lifelong Episcopalian, was born and raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Prior to attending seminary, he spent seven years in the Diocese of Southwest Florida as an active lay leader at St. Mary’s in Bonita Springs and as a team member of Cursillo for both Spanish and English weekends.
He is very excited to return to the diocese and looks forward to partnering with All Souls in spreading the love of Jesus to the surrounding community.
