The Diocese of Southwest Florida shares a heartfelt farewell to Matthew Bowers, our Director of Youth Ministry and Programming, as he prepares to relocate to Jacksonville, FL with his family to pursue a teaching career. Over the past four and a half years, Matthew’s leadership and dedication have deeply impacted our youth community. His last day will be November 15. In his own words, “It has been my joy to see our community of young people grow both in faith and number. Though I’m moving on, I’m confident our youth ministry remains strong and vibrant.” We are grateful for his ministry and wish him every blessing.
